• This is my first time Shopping at Shapewear FTC and I worried about the fit? Your first order is your fitting room. If your shapewear doesn't fit you can exchange your Body Shaper back to us within 30 days of the delivery date, to provide a hassle-free Exchange Experience. You can also call us (832 - 503 1742) or email us (atencionalcliente@formatucuerpo.com) . Once we receive your exchange, we will take care of the exchange.. 
  • International customers will be responsible for shipping both directions. Please our size chart before completing your purchase.
  • Item(s) must be in NEW CONDITION for an exchange. If the item(s) arrive in any other than "new condition" a 75% restocking fee (of full retail price) will be charged, or if in poor, unclean condition may not qualify for a return.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your full store credit/exchange.
  • Exchange Restrictions: Please see EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS BELOW.
  • Call us, text us or E mail us asking a return.
    • You will need your order number and email address associated with your order. Please contact us if you cannot find your invoice.
  • In your return package please include a note explaining the return reason and include $10 USD for paying the shipping return.
  • Send us a copy of your tracking number or return receipt. 
  • Sales on discontinued and clearance items are subject to return approval by Shapewear FTC.
  • Items over 30 days will not be accepted for either a refund or a gift certificate.
  • We do size exchanges not reference exchanges.


  • All in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday ship within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
  • USPS orders after 5 PM EST will be shipped next business day. Orders placed Friday after 5 PM EST will not ship until the following business day (Monday or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times, but provide estimates as provided by our carriers (DHL & USPS).
  • Packages are shipped in discreet packaging.
  • We offer USPS options for domestic and DHL for international customers.
  • We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING in the US. Upgrades are available for Express Saver and Priority Mail at a discounted rate.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep that was delivered by the carrier.
  • Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout and assessed in real time.
  • Please be advised that many countries charge a duty or tax on products coming in from the US. Check with your local customs agency for details.
  • Delivery times vary from country to country. We provide estimates based on DHL delivery estimates. PLEASE NOTE these time estimates do NOT include time held up in customs.
