Return and Exchange Policies
Refunds:
Our purchases do NOT qualify for refunds; only exchanges are allowed. The customer is responsible for sending the item to our exchange center located in the city of Houston.
Item Return Process:
When making a purchase on our online platform, eligible items can be exchanged within the first fifteen business days after receiving the product.
To ensure a valid exchange, please consider the following recommendations:

The product must still have its original tags and packaging; it should not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Items with stains, odors, or evidence of use will NOT be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Promotional items are not eligible for exchange. If you require further assistance, please consult our agents.

We have a processing period of fifteen business days after receiving the product at our exchange center to complete the shipment.

The product must be accompanied by a note for the exchange, if accepted. Include the following information: (Full name, order number, shipping address, phone number, a note specifying the item for exchange, and $10 in cash for shipping costs).

If the item is NOT accepted due to non-compliance with any of our policies, the customer has 30 days to cover the re-shipping expenses. After this time, FORMA TU CUERPO is not responsible for any loss.

Eligible Items for Exchange:
- Shapewear and Waist Cinchers: Customers can exchange shapewear or waist cinchers for a different size or any other reference within the same line. However, the item must have a value greater than or equal to the initial purchase since we do not offer refunds.
- Sale Items: All items with discounts are final sales and not eligible for exchange.
- Accessories: All our accessories are final sales and, therefore, cannot be exchanged (abdominal boards, foams, cups, collectors, belly button shapers, strap protectors, etc.).
- Shorts and Bras: These items are exchangeable as long as the same item is chosen or any other item from a different line with a value greater than or equal to the original purchase.
Items with Manufacturing Defects:
Our items are manufactured with the highest standards of quality; however, if you find any defects, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to atencionalcliente@formatucuerpo.com with the following information: Full name, phone number, order number, and attach a couple of photos that demonstrate the defect.
- Please note that you have five calendar days from the date of receiving your order to contact us and file any complaints; after this time, we will not be held responsible.
- If you wish to make any modifications to the order, you have 2 hours from the time of order receipt on our website. After this period, we will not be able to make changes to the received order.
Please remember that we are not responsible for items sent to our exchange center; the tracking and follow-up must be handled by the customer.
