Our items are manufactured with the highest standards of quality; however, if you find any defects, please follow these steps:

  • Please note that you have five calendar days from the date of receiving your order to contact us and file any complaints; after this time, we will not be held responsible.
  • If you wish to make any modifications to the order, you have 2 hours from the time of order receipt on our website. After this period, we will not be able to make changes to the received order.

Please remember that we are not responsible for items sent to our exchange center; the tracking and follow-up must be handled by the customer.
