🔒 Important:

No refunds under any circumstances.

Only one exchange per size is allowed.

No exceptions for intimate garments: no refunds and no more than one exchange per size.

📝 Steps to Request a Size Exchange

📅 Check the Deadline
You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request an exchange.
After this period, exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

👀 Ensure the Garment Is in Proper Condition
The shapewear or purchased product must be:

Unworn.

Free of stains and odors.

With all original tags attached.

In its complete, original packaging.

If the shapewear or purchased item fails any of the above criteria, no exchange will be granted, even if you are within the 10‑day request window.

🗒️ Include the Following in the Email Body:

Order number.

Size you wish to receive.

Your waist and hip measurements (if you would like size assistance).

Phone number.

Specify if you would like assistance from our team to choose size or style.

🕒 Await Our Team’s Response
If you requested assistance, you will receive a personalized reply within 2–4 business days.

💲 Voluntary Exchange Fee

A $20 USD fee applies, which covers:

Return shipping.

Shipping of the new garment.

Payment is made via a payment link sent by our customer service team.

If the New Item Has a Different Price:

If the new item costs more, the difference will be added to the same payment link along with the $20 USD fee.

If the new item costs less, the remaining balance will be credited to your account for exclusive use in our online store.

🛠️ Exchanges Due to Shipping Error or Quality Defect

In case of a shipping error or manufacturing defect:

Forma Tu Cuerpo covers all costs.

The $20 USD fee is waived.

A free return label will be provided.

If the replacement item costs more, you only pay the price difference.

🔍 Garment Inspection & Shipping of the New Item

Upon receipt of the returned garment, a quality inspection will take 3–4 business days:

If it meets all conditions, the requested size or style will be shipped.

Any price difference will be handled as described above.

📦 Packages Marked “Delivered”

Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” Forma Tu Cuerpo is not responsible for theft or loss thereafter.

Your building’s front desk or reception.

Nearby neighbors.
